Never had such nice experience in buying a car as at Crowley Nissan. The car was exactly as I wanted and as described at the dealer site. I was very satisfied by the car price, as could not find any match online (for the same year and mileage). The office stuff is very friendly and helpful. The whole buying process took much less time than I had in my previous experience.

I did not start out with the intention of buying a Nissan but out of curiosity stopped by the dealership to check out some models. Right from the beginning we were approached in a friendly and helpful way by everyone that we encountered. This was my first experience working with a female salesperson (Lawanda Perry) and it was by far the best! I am coming up on three years of patronizing Crowley Nissan. I had an amazing purchasing experience in 2020 and now the maintenance service on the vehicle has also been exceptional.
Very nice to deal with. Service is provided in a timely manner. The website says they wash your car after service. That has never happened to me. Maybe take that service off website.
Had a great experience with Lawanda Perry as my saleslady at this dealership. Everything was so quick and easy, with great customer service.
The mechanic who worked on my car was friendly and gave me good insight on future maintenance. But the rest of the service team I encountered seemed to be in a bad mood and short with explanations, they should have stayed home that day.

Unfortunately I heard the dreaded noise coming from front brake area kinda knew what issue was Dropped of got the bad news rotors and pads plus shot battery fixed in a timely matter Price slightly higher but if u pay cheap price u get cheap work. I had a great experience buying a new 2023 Nissan Rogue SL and the sales Rep Justin was great to work with along with Wayne.
I wanted a nicer car but close to what I was already paying and I got a whopper of a deal. I had an old Rogue Sport and they put me in a high end, bells and whistles, Rogue SL for only a little more. I LOVE this car!!!
Brought my 23 Rouge in with tire pressure issues, the problem was diagnosed quickly as a nail, the tire was patched and I was on my way in less than an hour. Josh in the service department and Briany salesman were both very easy to work with.
