What’s one thing most people absolutely hate to do? Buy a car, right? The thought of dealing with pushy salespeople who are just trying to close a deal is enough to make most of us cringe. That was the exact opposite of the experience I had with Crowley Nissan, and with Brian Jacob and Stephen Chagnon in particular. I called on Tuesday and spoke with Stephen. I explained what I was looking for, for my boyfriend, that his current lease still had three months left, and asked what options he had. Within a couple of hours, Stephen had already worked through the numbers, put together a great deal, and let me know they could take care of the remaining lease with no additional payments needed. The only thing left to do was come in and choose between two colors. We stopped by that night and met Brian, who took over from there. He brought us out for a test drive, helped us pick the color, ran the financing, and set up an appointment for us to come back and pick up the new car and turn in the old one. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew the vehicle inside and out. When we came in today to pick up the car, everything was ready and waiting. The paperwork took about an hour—and honestly, the only reason it took that long was because Harvey in finance was so enjoyable to sit and chat with! I can’t say enough good things about the team at Crowley Nissan. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and surprisingly enjoyable! If you’re in the market for a car, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better group of people to work with.

I love my Nissan Sentra SV! It’s the best car I ever had! The process of getting this car was very simple, easy, and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable to my needs. The only reason why this is not 5 stars is only for the fact that for some reason, they keep mixing up my phone number with my brother’s phone number. So he ends up receiving my messages for when my car is scheduled for an oil change. I’ve asked them to change this and they did, but it keeps defaulting back to my brother’s phone number. Overall, great service and I’m glad I can easily drive here to get an oil change done.
