So I found a car I was interested in online and decided to take a ride to check it out. Well I fell in love with it and with the amazing assistance of the salesman that took me for a test ride, he got me into the car I now loved. He took his time, explaining everything, and made the whole experience easy. Fast forward 2 weeks, I called him about the Zurich Shield that I was to get. He made the appointment for me, which was literally the next morning, he called me when it was done and actually brought my car back to me at home! Upon the referral of a close friend of mine who has been a customer for 20 years, I was introduced to the Crowley Nissan staff in Bristol. All concerns of mine were addressed in terms of what I was looking for. Based on an overview of the type of vehicle I was interested in, the finances, and making the decision to lease. An extensive amount of looking at the vehicles in the lot with the salesman, numbers being worked up by the manager to help me make decisions on monthly payments, and attention to detail. When picking up the car, the financial consultant walked me through the paperwork and upcoming arrangements with the vehicle towards maintenance and roadside assistance. I was also given a full tutorial on the dashboard programs and how to set up each one. The staff was welcoming at both meetings and thorough in the process of getting everything I needed in my new vehicle and encouraged me to call or stop by at anytime.

This was our first time shopping for a car at Crowley Nissan in Bristol. We went through Costco's auto program and was pleasantly surprised. Stephanie Jacob, our saleswoman, was great to deal with. We were texting with her and got an appointment to come in and see the car we were interested in. It was parked out front, ready to go, and we went for a test drive, got back to the store and knew the price because it went through Costco. Stephanie was awesome and upfront with everything and we bought the car the same day. The color we wanted was a dealership for two away and they had to get it there, in 3 days we had our new car and we drove off the lot very happy customers. Highly recommended!

Excellent sales and service team. I have my car since 2020 (a week before the closed down because of COVID) and always felt like I was a valued customer. From the check-ins since purchased to the reminders that my car needs maintenance (because I definitely needed those…because life happens and the call is like my accountability partner). My last service appointment I had some hiccups after and Richard and Dante were able to assist me.
