The GM, Jason immediately greeted us when we walked in and connected with us, Lawanda who was dynamite, really took the time to help me find a new truck that fit my needs and even helped an "un-tech" guy like myself with all the gadgets and even hooked up the bluetooth for my phone before I drove away (the SAME DAY!) in my new truck! What an experience, top notch!!! Highly recommend, not pushy at all and were extremely patient and helpful to meet all my needs.

I had a scheduled oil change today. When I went to the service department to pick up my car, and the woman handed me the wrong key, and insisted the key fab was mine. I told her several times, that was not my key or my car. Clearly a snafu, but it was unsettling to me that my keys were missing and they charged me for another customers service. It all worked out in the end, but I'll be more consciousness of what's happening the next time I need service there.

She is the first automobile sales consultant I ever experienced who was pleasant to work with b/c she is honest, helpful, punctual with her responses, and did not intimidate me. I would travel hours to work with her again! Additionally, the support team behind her, specifically, Business Manager, Harvey Marrero, worked over and beyond to get me the best terms. I also appreciated his way of explaining in understandable terms, the documents I was to sign. I felt confident I was signing an honest deal.
