so I was totally in a pickle and I went to Nissan here and I needed tires ASAP. Beth and Richard were super helpful and super friendly and enjoyed to talk with they helped me as quick as they could and made my experience, joyful enough that I will be returning next time if I need service on my car

From my first interaction online, then going in person and working with Stephanie, this was very pleasurable. I was greeted with a friendly smile and treated with respect and professionalism. I had horrible experiences at other dealers trying to pressure me and treat me unfairly, but at Crowley everyone was knowledgeable and understood what I wanted, what I could afford and made the deal work without any persuasion or influence. I bought the car I wanted in a deal I was highly satisfied with. Stephanie is an amazing person, and I will recommend all my friends to go there in the future. I have never had such a stress-free buying experience. Harvey in Finance also made me comfortable and explained every step to me. Overall, a great buying experience that I highly recommend!

After months of shoping for a pre-owned midsized pickup truck, I settled on the Frontier. During this time I did a lot research online and visited several dealerships. I test drove several make and model "trucks". I was looking for the best bang for my buck. Being a minimalist bells and whistles are not for me. I was looking for a basic work truck with style that fit into the budget I created after exploring all my options in the catigory I've just mentioned. In my final online search one jumped out at me at Crowley Nissan and captivated my attention. "I wanted this truck"...so I inquired online and was contacted by James Ersando - "thus the five star rating." Need I say more? Not only did I buy the truck but I did it on my terms because James bent over backwards to make it happen. This young man is the hardest working salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with and he is backed by a customer satifaction orientated staff!

Awesome Vehicle Service and Purchase Experience, I had major vehicle issues when I brought the vehicle to Crowley Nissan for service. They worked hard to offer me a solution that wasn't going to break the bank. As a service provider who puts a lot of mileage on my vehicle annually, I decided I needed a more reliable car than the one the vehicle I was trying to hold together. I asked to be directed to someone on the sales floor. As a consumer, not loyal to any particular brand, my expectation was to walk in, write a check and get handed the keys to a car. I expected I would have to figure out how all the functions & features worked on my own. That has always been my experience.I walked into Crowley Nissan and from my initial contact with the staff ,to driving off the lot, the entire experience was exceptional. Professional, yes, courteous, yes. What made the difference was the entire staff took the time to explain everything about the process, vehicle and pricing. When it came to the financing I was entering into, to the servicing and warranty moving forward, the staff took time to explain all the ins and outs and options. The time that the Sales Consultant spent going over all the vehicle functions, dashboard, etc....over and beyond. Going over it again in case I didn't understand or had more questions. I felt I was educated in exactly what I was purchasing if I understood everything and was comfortable. I gave Crowley a number I didn't want to exceed for a monthly payment and they worked hard, very hard, to keep me at or under my financial comfort level. I'm really happy with the vehicle and happier with the entire experience. At the end of the day, I walked out of Crowley Nissan feeling like a valued customer. I've purchased probably a dozen vehicles over the years between my wife and I. And I'd give the staff at Crowley Nissan 50 stars out of 5 if google supported it. My sales guy James was THE MAN... no pressure, laid back, answered any and all questions, gave me the info I needed and made it truly a pleasure to buy a car from him. Harvey in the manager's office was also great - no hard sell, last minute attempt at add-ons behind a closed door, just friendly and prompt service. A truly great car buying experience... how often do you ever hear that? I really can't say enough about how smooth of a transaction this was and how impressed I was. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't need, nobody pressured me. THIS is how to sell cars. I'll be back the next time I need a car.

The salespeople at Crowley Nissan were excellent. I worked with both Brian and Mike on separate occasions when I was looking for a new car. Both salespeople were thorough as far as showing me all the features in the Rogue and they were patient in answering my many questions about the vehicle. The main reason I came back to Crowley Nissan for my new car as opposed to other car makers was because of the honesty of the staff and the time they patiently took to put me in a vehicle that was right for me. I explained to them my needs and what I was looking for and they placed me in a trim that would suite me best. Everyone at Crowley was very friendly and professional and made the whole process easy for me. In the end, I'm glad I went to Crowley and have recommended them to friends. The Rogue wasn't a car I initially thought of looking at but they introduced the Rogue to me and now it's a car I love driving! Thanks Crowley!

So I found a car I was interested in online and decided to take a ride to check it out. Well I fell in love with it and with the amazing assistance of the salesman that took me for a test ride, he got me into the car I now loved. He took his time, explaining everything, and made the whole experience easy. Fast forward 2 weeks, I called him about the Zurich Shield that I was to get. He made the appointment for me, which was literally the next morning, he called me when it was done and actually brought my car back to me at home!
